A Child who takes admission in School in play group class and after One year time period, he qualifies for Nursery Class. Then he takes next step for sitting in prep class. After 03 years, he is given a golden chance to enter in One class during his age when he is around about 08 years old. At the stage of 13 years old, he will be able to qualify primary session of his School and being a student he will make a plan to admit in 6th Class. Next, he will be 18 years old at the time of final time of metric or obtaining of secondary school certificate. Around about when he becomes 25 years old, he complete his usual qualification period in his life and during this time, he was not able to attend any functional activities of life which is required to be promoted his mind and soul. As his parent too poor and poor life does not deserve for luxuries.
Think! & suppose that from his very 1st day to till his last day in educational institute, he belong to a poor family, tell me that how he becomes to able to reach at present position. How his parents earned for him? How parents tried to bring food for him 3 times regularly without any further delay? How many money was spent for his primary, middle, metric or higher qualification? How parents trusted on his own son who is going for study and after bright future, parents will be able to live in happy life? How many prayers were made for son who is going to school daily in clean uniform, with heavy books/bags alongwith pocket money with the feelings too that whether his son will give rest to parents or otherwise? Besides this, parents have also other kids who also living with them as per routine of all children in family but the one who is 1st son in his home and surrounding with highest struggling for bright future and he also plans to give a bright future to his parents in back as they did so for him. His past is full of pain due to poverty at his home. Now, he is not a kid, he knows that there is not breakfast, lunch or dinner at his home since a couple of days. All classes were attended by him with keen tension, mentally upset condition, not having soap to wash his uniform. He attended his school, college or university with repaired shoes which often used without shoe polish. His younger sisters, brothers follow him as looking like him as decent brother or ideal life but he became sensitized. An illness of his mother or father have been created to face hardships of life at home. He passed in exam in all annual results session. He could not improve his study. Sometime, he saved himself to fail in exams even he not succeeded to get 1st division/position in exams. Despite his dull/poor situation in study, he is not mature but according to his real life, he got pre-mature age before maturity in life. He did nothing to do but have a great experience between cruel moments of life. In other side, he also thinks that he will surely have to earn by getting a splendid job.
Now at the stage of his age of 26 or 28 years old when he has no experience even a week for a job, he tries to find a job in adds of newspaper. Here is add for job against vacant posts in someone else department or any company which is partially reproduced as under;
"....There are vacant some posts in x,y,z department/company since a long time and an approval for hiring eligible candidates is being made for these posts. In this regard, candidates can apply with attested copies of documents, residents of A,B,C District who having 25 years age till the closing date + 05 years relaxation under the prescribed age relaxation rules, Qualification Master in any subject from a recognized organization or university with 75% marks, knowing computer literate with typing speed 40 to 50 words per second as well as 03 years experience certificate from any official department. Last date to submit application till very next day otherwise on late arrival or uncomplete/unattested documents, no request will be entertained. It is also pertinent to mention here that no TA/DA will be claimed for the subject matter. Moreover, after scrutiny of applications & documents only eligible candidates were selected for "written test" and illegible candidates were not called for test or interview etc....."
In view of the above, a poor boy/student who meets/fulfills the criteria of humanities to proceed for good response of his parents, what will do for aforesaid job. All members of his family are too poor, that these days, they are living hands to mouth. In such situation, suppose, he does not know about that how many vacancies are available for the subject posts. He also does not know that how will he be succeeded to attest the copies from a Gazetted Officer in shot time before closing date. He knows that how many hardships faced by him to get a domicile. He knows that he is well educated except well position holder, but want to apply for his job as he has also not available a single certificate of 03 years experience. He submits application but unfortunately, due to not having 75% marks, due to not having experience certificate he fails to qualify for his job. At time of interview, he will be considered totally & clearly as "illegible" for this job. At last, he found not eligible for the aforesaid service.
Under the circumstance, these questions were raised in his mind, and Boy thinks that he failed to find a job. He will try again for any other job again but he had not degrees having 75% marks etc.......
"Has he not need for food to live alive? Has he not need for cloths?
"Has he not need drink or eat? Has he not a right to earn for his beloved parents who gave him life?
Has he not able to feed his others brothers or sisters who are living with him without any facilities of life? He has a mother, she always prayed for his best future, H've she should deserved to get a best result? Indeed, a Student has to obtain best performance in exams/study for better job as he had to earn for family for bright future for himself or for others but he think so, if he had not best marks in exams, he has to feed his family, if he has not experience, he is poor, he needs to do best too for his family members.
His father, mother, brothers & sisters, although living with little feeding by father and Allah who is a creator, He will award them and Allah also give a patience too. Boy think that He is now 26 years old, during 26 years his father work as he can do, but Allah gave to all bread, food, cloths, house everything even during passed festivals, Now, Allah will also reward, as He promised to feed his people.
Moral:
"Marks in Education deserve a splendid job but "illegible" Student also deserves so"!!!
