Corruption is act of dishonesty conducted by someone to gain every types benefit. Corruption is also defined as 'sheer negligence performance in duty', 'given or taken system by using of money as bribery', embezzlement' often wish to acquire personal benefits through ulterior motives, illegal or unfair means. Corruption is source of success at any cost it may be used as short cut to succeed for achievements. A targeted corruption usually discussed between officials who use illegally unauthorized activities on duty and expect for financial benefits. Involvement in illegal activities also fall in corruption. Officially relation between a Government Officer or employer, when occurs as secretly provision of short cut service to another party by obtaining some benefits. It is also called definition of corruption. Lack of honest duty, lack of efficient manner, lack of integrity, also defined as corruption. 

Mostly corruption are based at the level of small level corruption and high level corruption. 

What is small level corruption? 

Small level corruption is dealt between public and employer for granting some benefits with each others without adopting proper government procedure. It is small level corruption. In this way, money or gifts types types are exchanged among each other. This is also pretty corruption. 

What is high level corruption?

High level corruption is concerned at the level of politics in which a large number of projects illegally linked by embezzlement way. It is not known by public level. In this way a systematic corruption play a bad role in society and a famous politician may be notorious leader. It is also called grand level corruption.   

Police Corruption Vs Judicial Corruption:

At the level of law enforcement shape, it is also known that police also willingly involved in corruption. A bad Police Officer who have corrupt manners, likes to be directly or indirectly involved in corruption activities by obtaining financial benefits. Accused person, who involved in criminal case are run away from police custody and survived from judicial procedure. 

Misconduct of Judges of Courts may involve in corruption. Misuse of authorized powers, create a bad circle between society due to which increased crime day by day. Bribery, embezzlement, theft, fraud etc are main topics of corruption. 

 

If a Government employer involved in corruption, a stern departmental action is initiated against him under the prescribed rules/policy. He was issued Show Cause Notice by alleging that he has been failed to perform his duty in appropriate manner that it has been reported, he took bribe from someone else and as a result, complainant move a complaint  against him to deal him departmentally under proper channel. It is also mentioned that he would have to submit written reply of show cause notice with stipulated period, otherwise it would be presumed that he is noting to offer in his defence. If he fails to prove as innocent, he would be awarded a major or minor penalty including dismissal from service. After, he was give a rare chance to explain his position and in case of satisfactory reply, his show cause notice, is filed but in case of non satisfactory reply, he was dealt strictly departmental by awarding an exemplary punishment that may be serious adverse remarks in his service carrier. This is proper way to adopt procedure against corrupt government employer.   

Morality Corruption:

It is not necessary that corruption is part of bribe of amount, embezzlement. Not, corruption is also defined as under:

1. To misuse of  authorized orders as Officer.
2. To save criminal accused from court.
3. To make a lethargic attitude on duty or absence from duty without any leaver or prior permission of the competent  authority. 
4. To forward himself out of legal seniority of rights reserved by others.
5. To cause for causality incidents in society level and it may be harmful for others.  
6. Having bad manners to spoil relationships in family.
7. Change from famous man to notorious man.

One thing is special here to be discussed that it is observed that a normal person who does not belong to corruption directly, forced to give bride to the high ups and he have to pay money which is not payable from him but he has to do. He did not pay willingly, as it is not in his control and he has to adopt this procedure to wind up his work from there. 

Prevention of Corruption:

"Say no to corruption" is commonly used between society but not properly implemented therefore, it is must to be started from high  ups and end till small level corruption. 

And it is pertinent to mention here that all police, judicial are not equal if a corrupt activity is circulating in society, also overcomes a honest officers/officials faced against corruption.
