 It is crystal clear that not much more refreshing in world as a large glass of water. I do not think anybody alive who deny that one simple water glass may be better than a hot cup of coffee a coke, never, sometimes a drinking water glass may be useful for life. A large number of us, people did not use enough drinking water, as per requirement of human body due to which they may be seriously effected. It is, that we gain benefits from natural things to find out more things for human bodies. If you experience any of the following conditions, your situation, starting with a glass of H2O improves. Following some signs will explain to understand that you did not drink appropriate quantitity of water and what happens with your body: 
When your mouth and skin are dry
When your are thirsty
When your eyes are dry and experience joint pain
When body muscles mass being decreases 
When you are sick since long time
When you often feel fatigued 
When experience of hunger pangs, digestive problems, constipation appears

When you feel that a thirsty feelings going to be happened with you, it will surely give a wrong signal for your body. Lack of water, may be harmful for your body but if not habit to drink permanent enough water, body will have to go to down. Water passes through out the mouth or your throat till your stomach, is the process to create energy in human body.

You use cold drink for example Pepsi, Coke, Lemon, Sprite or other gases cold drinks, these will support your body temporarily but simple water glass support more effective useful benefits. 
Your eyes are dry due to not drinking water is also the bad effect on your body.
